Technology I use (or am at least trialling) Pt5

Have you ever wished you didn't have to clutter your desktop with so many windows?

Maybe, like me, you hate having to leave the keyboard to use your mouse to click on the application you want next (because you have too may apps open to effectively use alt-tab all the time.

Then try a desktop manager to increase the number of desktops you have available.  Just like linux has always had, YODM3D (Yet anOther Desktop Manager!) provides XP with 4 desktops to set up how you want.  They are in a classy cube that you can spin in either direction with your keys (ctrl-shift-arrow) and if you use an extended desktop, the 2nd screen is available separately for each side of the cube.  In one way that's great, but sometimes I'd like to have the extended to stay on MindManager all the time.  If you try this programme and work out that trick, please let me know!
