I've just read an article by Kevin Kelly that gives 2 definitions of technology.

"Technology is anything that was invented after you were born.” (Alan Kay)

and

"Technology is everything that doesn’t work yet." (Danny Hillis)

I'm not sure about the first quote, but we have a Leadership Team role that Ian Morrish fills heading up "technology". We've always thought of this as Office computers, networks, netserver, and multimedia equipment but apparently if anything, anything at all, doesn't work... Ian - it's all yours! Hehehe
