Since my previous post on a suggested leadership structure for our church there has been considerable discussion and input. 
The outcome is visually symbolised above with the strategists being a subset of the main leadership team. It needs to be noted that the Elders are separated from this team (apart from the Corps Officers) as the Elders should not be involved in "management".
